Me

Hello world. My name is Carsten Brandt and i live in Copenhagen – Frederiksberg. 

Currently I work freelance as Art Director and Concept Artist with special experince in videogames. Since last year i have also been teaching in videogame development on Denmarks Design School and DADIU. Fun!

In the past i have been working with video game development at Deadline Games since I joined the company back in 1996. At that time Deadline was producing Blackout and i joined as an artist. Over the years i
have been involved in most of Deadlines productions first as Lead Artist and later as Art Director and Concept Artist.

In 2005 we released Total Overdose – Deadlines first title for the PS2. It was really hard work and a game that still makes me proud.

My latest and also last title on Deadline is Watchmen – The end is nigh. On this production my task was Art Director. I was also the head of the concept art department. The game is to be relaesed on Warner paralel with the movie releaes in the spring of 2009.
